Conference registration will be available using the same registration system as the district conferences. Students whose membership dues have not been paid will not be able to be registered for the conference. Onsite registration and/or registration changes will not be allowed. Registration changes and refunds, for any reason or under any circumstance, will not be allowed after Friday, February 11, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. CT.
 
It is Tennessee DECA's policy that all schools adhere to a 1:10 ratio of adults to students. Please make arrangements to have adequate supervision of your chapter members at the state conference.
 
Registration Period
February 7 at 8:00 a.m. until February 11, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CT

Registration Fee with Hotel Reservations at a Conference Hotel
  • $95.00 per student, advisor, and chaperone
 
Registration Fee without Hotel Reservations at a Conference Hotel
(Conference attendees who choose to stay in a non-conference hotel are assessed an additional $50.00 per attendee.)
  • $145.00 per student, advisor, and chaperone 
 
*Mini awards formal banquet admission, a Tennessee Aquarium ticket, and a state conference t-shirt are all included with each person’s conference registration fee. No banquet or aquarium guests are allowed this year.

Payment Instructions
All payments are due by February 17, 2023. Please include a copy of the registration invoice with your chapter's check, which should be made payable to Tennessee DECA. Please note DECA #5000 in the memo line of the payment.
