2022 Tennessee DECA SCDC Drops Form

This form is only for advisors with a student competitor who advanced to the Tennessee DECA State Career Development Conference but will not be attending. Please complete one of these forms for each student who will not be attending SCDC within seven (7) days of your district conference.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a student who competed on a team at districts but will be substituted by another member of your chapter to compete at state, DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM. Otherwise, you will forfeit your chapter's entire competition spot for the event.
